Meet Riley Coleman, Founder of AI Flywheel

Riley Coleman has dedicated over two decades to designing new customer and employee experiences, including five AI projects in the last seven years. As a Service Designer and Experience Design leader, Riley has guided cross-functional teams to create transformative products and services that revolutionize how millions of customers and employees engage with global brands.

After years of working at the intersection of people and technology, Riley identified a critical need. Most AI courses focus on tech and fail to bridge the gap between professionals designing and deploying AI products and services, and the need to implement AI with ethical principles at their core.

AI Flywheel is a community focusing on the human-centric side of adapting to using ethical AI at work.

We are now on a mission to empower 100,000 professionals with ethical AI skills . Passionate about making AI education approachable and impactful, Riley believes in the power of technology to expand and empower human potential.
